In-Season Program

Strength and conditioning offers significant benefits for young baseball players by enhancing their overall performance, preventing injuries, and fostering long-term health habits. Our program focuses on building strength, flexibility, and endurance, which can improve key aspects of athletic performance, better equip players to avoid common baseball injuries, and instill the discipline and healthy routines that help players develop lifelong habits that contribute to their overall well-being.

Workouts will be held on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Drop in when it fits your schedule!

- 11/12U: 5:00-6:00pm

- 13/14U: 6:00-7:00p
