Off-Season Program

Oct. 30 - Feb 1.

This program is designed to develop speed, agility, full body mobility, all-around strength and power, as well as help with injury prevention.

Workouts will be held on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.

- 11/12U: 5:15-6:15pm

- 13/14U: 6:30-7:30pm

 

Each phase of the class will be carefully planned to prepare players for a successful spring baseball season.

- Phase 1 (Oct. 30 - Nov. 16): Core Strengthening and Mobility

- Phase 2 (Nov. 27- Dec. 21): Strength & Power

- Phase 3 (Jan. 8 - Feb. 1): Conditioning and Resilience

Players can sign up for each phase individually, or for the whole 12-week program (recommended).
