Service Description

Players who participate in off-season training are more prepared to perform well and stay healthy when the long baseball season starts. Workouts are 3x/ week on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. 11/12 year olds: 5:15-6:15 13/14 year olds: 6:30-7:30 Session 1: Oct. 30 - Nov. 16 (No workout Tues. 10/31) Session 2: Nov. 27 - Dec. 21 Session 3: Jan. 8 - Feb. 1 You can sign up for individual sessions or the full program. Space in each session is limited!
