Organizational Philosophy

Titans baseball was created to prepare players for success at the high school level. Our staff is made up of experienced high school coaches who know what it takes for players to perform at that level, and we work with 365 Academy to provide a comprehensive player development program that includes skill development, physical training, and competitive experiences. We currently offer programs for players 11-14 years old.

Justin Hawkins

Justin Hawkins is a passionate instructor and team-builder who knows how to get the best out of his players in a fun and supportive environment. Justin brings over a decade's worth of experience in travel ball with Bombers Baseball and North Bay Stings, and is currently the Head Coach at San Domenico High School. Justin will be the head coach for the 11U, 7th-grade, and 8th-grade middle school teams.

Tad Finnie

Tad Finnie is an experienced instructor and team coach who is driven to help players realize their potential. Tad has over 9 years of experience in travel ball and private instruction, and is currently the Head Coach of Marin Academy High School. Tad brings cutting-edge techniques and innovative approaches to player development to make these resources accessible to his players.

Michel Rodriguez

Michel Rodriguez is one of the Bay Area's premier trainers and hitting instructors. Michel has over 15 years of experience in performance training and hitting instruction , which he uses to create transformational player development programs. Michel played 7 years of professional baseball in Cuba and uses his connections to take groups of players back to his homeland for once-in-a-lifetime baseball experiences.

Outfield & Hitting Instructor

Kyle Guerra

Kyle Guerra played his college ball at CSU Monterey Bay where he won three conference championships and was named an All-Conference player twice. He currently plays professionally for the San Rafael Pacifics, where he was a Pecos League All-Star in 2023. Kyle is an experienced youth coach and graduated with a degree in Kinesiology from CSU Monterey.
